We provide turkeys, groceries, free clothing, entertainment for the adults & activities for the children. Items provided to the public are collected from donations from our sponsors and community partners. Our goal is to provide assistance to 3,000 families. We will do everything we can to assist those who are registered and in attendance on the day of the event by connecting with others to help us to carry out this mission.

Please note the following when registering to attend the event.

• Only 1 turkey and food box per household.
• Must bring ID.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• No P.O. Box accepted for registration.
• Must be present.
• Non-transferable.

Food for Tampa Bay has provided over a ton of groceries to families within the Tampa Bay area.

Whether by our drive thru events, delivery of items to homes or via fellow groups in the area, thousands of families have received temporary food relief from our Food for Tampa Bay program.

The lab will be a resource for job seekers, families to complete paperwork for social services and children for homework.

Additional future features will also include availability for community programs to host events in the lab as well as workshops to learn basic computer skills.

While the library and other public entities offer these services, there are none within walking distance of Winners’ neighborhood. Many of the residents nearby do not own cars and rely on public transportation to visit facilities providing computer access.

Winners’ is currently looking for software, life skills, and software instructors to volunteer 1-2 hours per month.

Code for Tampa Bay Brigade is part of an international network of people committed to using their voices and hands, in collaboration with local governments, to make their cities better.

The project they will be working on will help the entire non-profit community in Tampa to get the word out when they are providing food, clothing and other items at events in our area.

From meat to fresh vegetables, Winners’ Resource Center helps to provide groceries through large outreach events or daily distribution to families in need.

While the majority of the items we provide are donated, the expense of distributing or purchasing items is still a cost the resource center.

This free community event is offered quarterly in partnership with various organizations in the Tampa Bay area.

With the slight increase in unemployment numbers for the area from May to June, Winners’ Resource Center is here to assist the community with obtaining employment and finding jobs with better wages.
